Warranty Information

Thank you for choosing Brown & Sharpe™. We stand behind the quality and precision of our products. All Brown & Sharpe™ tools are backed by a limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
1. Warranty Coverage
- Duration: 1 year from the date of original purchase
- Coverage: Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use
- Exclusions: Normal wear and tear, misuse, unauthorized repairs, accidental damage, or improper handling
2. How to Submit a Warranty Claim
If you believe your product is eligible for warranty service, please contact our support team with the following:
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- Product model and description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos if applicable

3. Warranty Process
After reviewing your claim, we may offer one of the following options:
- Repair of the defective product
- Replacement with an identical or equivalent item
- Refund, if repair or replacement is not feasible
4. Shipping & Handling
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. If the item is confirmed to be defective under warranty, we will cover the return shipping cost for the repaired or replacement item.
5. Limitations of Liability
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to purchases made directly from www.brownandsharpe.store or authorized resellers. Brown & Sharpe™ is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages.
