Warranty Information

Effective Date: July 8, 2025

Brown & Sharpe will address any operating defects resulting from manufacturing defects within the limits of the following provisions.

Warranty Period

The standard warranty covers 18 months from the date of purchase.

Warranty Services

In valid warranty cases, Brown & Sharpe will choose one of the following services:

 - Free repair by Brown & Sharpe or a Brown & Sharpe certified service center,

 - Or free replacement.

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

 - Any services or compensation not mentioned above.

Warranty Limitations

The warranty does not cover damages resulting from:

 - Incorrect, incompetent, or negligent use,

 - Maintenance defects or failures,

 - External influences,

 - Failure to follow service instructions,

 - Or any other hazards, including force majeure.
