Returns & Refunds

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Brown & Sharpe™ purchase. If you are not completely happy, we’re here to help with returns or refunds under the terms below.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.
  • Items purchased outside of our official store or authorized channels are not eligible.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged products not due to manufacturing defects
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or customized products
  • Returns requested after 30 days

3. How to Request a Return

  1. Email your return request to customercare@brownsharpe.com.
  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
  3. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and shipping address.
  4. Return the item within 7 days of approval and share the tracking number with us.

4. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will cover return shipping.
  • If the return is for personal reasons (e.g., no longer needed), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days after we receive the return for the refund to appear.
