Returns & Refunds

Effective Date: July 8, 2025

We offer a 15-day return and exchange service. If you are not satisfied with the product, you can request a return within 15 days of receiving the item.

To Qualify for a Return:

 - Provide a valid proof of purchase.

 - Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

 - The product and packaging must remain intact and in resellable condition.

Shipping Costs:

 - If the product has a quality issue or was damaged during shipping, we will cover the return shipping costs.

 - For returns due to personal reasons, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
